Please advice, help or recommend! One friend of us is very ill. 
He got a cancer of lungs and near to die. 
We heard that there is one hospital in Havana, Cuba where they made big success 
in treatment such illnesses. May be it is last chance! 
If you have any contacts or know people who could go there and ask  
doctors to accept ill man from Tuva!
