TUVA
is very poor and exists at subsistence levels. Here is some
idea of what it is like in aremote
village.

All the schools need bboks and resources to help them. Every
village needs new ways of making electricity.
WIND POWER would be great in TUVA which
is so far away from oilpipe-lines and gas pipe-lines and it
is very dangerous to truck the gas and benzine in from Abakan.
And once inside TUVA it is even more difficult to get it to
